Shipping policy

At JJ Blackline Rentals, we offer delivery services for your convenience. Due to limited staffing, all deliveries are scheduled during off-peak hours.

Delivery Hours

All deliveries are completed:

Early morning hours, or
After normal business hours

Specific delivery times will be coordinated with the customer in advance.

Scheduling

Delivery must be scheduled at the time of booking or by contacting us directly.
We will provide an estimated delivery window, not an exact time.
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location.

Customer Responsibility

The delivery location must be safe, accessible, and suitable for trailer drop-off.
Customer (or authorized person) must be available if required for handoff or inspection.
Any special instructions must be communicated ahead of time.

Delays

While we do our best to meet scheduled delivery windows, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational limitations. JJ Blackline Rentals is not liable for delays outside of our control.
